SAM, broker, leads the CityPlat Commercial Real Estate team. SAM studied at the University of Central Florida where he received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and a B.S.B.A. in Real Estate. Following graduation, Sam entered the commercial real estate industry as a associate with Compass under the founding broker Max Mogul. His responsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and forming strategic relationships for the family portfolio. Simultaneously Zachary assisted in running the external full service commercial brokerage for Compass. He still assists Compass to this day, and has created his own brokerage to advise family offices and entrepreneurs.
